went gym yesterday

lol.lol. half an hour later... went to magic wok= 魔术锅
ate lunch then went home

GOt back all my results Chinese was SUCK!!!!! last in class!!
Others dont want tell!! haha.. u want know then u ask me lor!
Leg still aching but not as bad as the other time
can run. jump.

training did frog jumps again!!!! 2 courts
cos of the 3 lane fast break!! drop the ball many times!!
